Opening:
Review ways in which Malala used rhetoric in her speech. Find at least 2 examples for ethos, pathos, and logos.
Work Session:
1. Find a recent a recent speech (the last five years). Choose a topic that you find important. 2. Close read and analyze the use of rhetoric in the speech.
3. Compose a Race paragraph explaining how the speaker uses rhetoric in your chosen speech. Provide at least two pieces of evidence.
(Annotated article and RACE paragraph must be turned into Google Classroom by Thursday, October 22nd)
